Monica L. Bell

Monica L. Bell is a certified family nurse practitioner with Family Allergy & Asthma. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. She received her Masters of Nursing specializing in Family Health from Pennsylvania State University. Monica has lived in Louisville, Kentucky with her three children since 1988.

Monica has over 30 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care. She was in the National Health Service Corps in the late 1970′s working in rural West Virginia. Monica has also worked for the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VMAC) and in private practice. In addition, she instructed dental residents in physical assessment while at the VAMC, and was a member of the graduate nursing faculty at Spalding for seven years. Her current focus in on educating and caring for patients with allergies and asthma.
