Our last day at this office is Wednesday, February 27. We will be relocating to the Chamberlain Center office just across Brownsboro Rd. 

Formerly Kentuckiana Allergy, this office serves Northeast Louisville and nearby areas in Jefferson and Oldham Counties in Kentucky. We are located in Chamberlain Pointe shopping center off of Chamberlain Lane.
