Lori Fields joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2018. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1997 working primarily in the Allergy field since 1999 but has also worked in primary care and urgent care as well. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 1994 and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 1997.
Lori is a licensed registered nurse and family nurse practitioner in Kentucky and Indiana. She received her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and served as a CPR Instructor through the American Heart Association. Lori has also worked as a nurse practitioner for Jefferson County Public Schools.
Lori was born and raised in Louisville and now lives in Crestwood. She has a really big love for animals and senior pets, especially her Chihuahuas and cat. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching basketball and football, listening to live music, traveling, and rooting for her favorite team, the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
