HR Generalist/Recruiter

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  2. On-board and train new employees
  3. Implement company culture, values and policies
  4. Provide management with requested reports and documents
  5. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  6. Accurately maintain employee files
  7. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. HR Certification preferred
  3. Previous experience in Healthcare preferred
  4. A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in Human Resources, and recruiting required
  5. Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  7. Ability to build rapport with all employees
  8. Strong organizational skills
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
