Dr. Coyle is Board Certified in both Pediatrics (2001-2009) and Allergy and Immunology (2003).

Dr. Coyle has worked with Family Allergy and Asthma since 2003, though he has been a patient since 1982! A personal history of childhood asthma and allergies led to a lifelong pursuit of helping others to prevent, manage, and mitigate their symptoms.

A native of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Dr. Coyle attended Campbellsville High School prior to receiving his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. His is a 1998 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his residency in pediatrics at the University Of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga. Dr. Coyle then spent two additional years in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, completing a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

He now makes his home in the Crescent Hill neighborhood with his wife (a local pediatrician) and their two busy boys.

He is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society, Kentucky Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Medical Association. He is currently the 2007-2009 president of the Greater Louisville Allergy Society. He sees patients in the Campbellsville, Lebanon, Shepherdsville, South End, La Grange, Chamberlain Center, and Shelbyville Road offices.
